- O horário de check-in é a partir das 15:00 horas e o horário de check-out é até as 10:00 horas. Fora destes horários o check-in/check-out será permitido somente se houver disponibilidade e será cobrada uma taxa de 30 reais se for entre 22:00h e 06:00h.
- O pagamento é 100% reembolsável em caso de cancelamento somente até 60 dias antes do checkin, 50% reembolsável até 30 dias antes do checkin, 25% reembolsável até 14 dias antes do checkin, 10% reembolsável até 7 dias antes do checkin e 5% reembolsável até o dia do checkin.

Caso algum item deste termo esteja com problema na conferência do checkout e não foi informado até uma hora após a recepção das chaves, o mesmo deverá ser indenizado pelo hospede no valor da tabela do contrato. O locatário também se responsabiliza por qualquer outro dano ao apartamento ou condomínio ou multa ou infração de leis durante sua locação.
- Caso o LOCATÁRIO exceda o número máximo de pessoas (adultos e crianças) permitidas para pernoite, incorrerá em multa de 30% do valor total da estadia, por cada pessoa (adultos e crianças) a mais, independentemente do
número de noites pernoitadas pelos hospedes não previstos, além da possibilidade da pena de rescisão contratual e entrega imediata do imóvel, sem reembolso, ficando essa a critério do LOCADOR.

I HAVE OTHER PROPERTIES. Is the best side of Praia dos Ingleses. Is the most noble of the English, where has more strip of sand and is the most beautiful. There's not much movement even in summer for being located at the corner of beach and be more residential. It's pretty safe, with market and mini Mall, in the desired position of the beach is very quiet and easy to access. Excelente estadia!
Apartamento lindo! Muito limpo e completo, tudo o que eu precisei tinha. A piscina é bem grande e a academia ajudou muito também! A localização é ótima, bairro bem tranquilo, seguro, pertinho da praia e tem um mercadinho logo na próxima quadra. O anfitrião muito querido, auxiliou com informações de passeios. Com certeza voltarei.

Apartamento Impecável!!
O apartamento além de lindo é extremamente confortável! Os colchões são muito bons, a cama da suite é quenn, os travesseiros são da NASA (viscoelástico) e tem ar-condicionado em todos os cômodos. Fica a 100 metros da areia da praia e tem uma piscina muito top no condomínio. Tem parquinho e piscina infantil e até academia com vista pra piscina. A localização é na praia mais legal e bonita de Floripa (Ingleses) e fica do lado mais nobre do bairro. O dono do apartamento é extremamente atencioso e nos entregou um roteiro completo de passeios em Florianópolis com a localização já no gps por WhatsApp, o que nos poupou muito tempo e facilitou o passeio. O apartamento é muito bem equipado, com todos os utensílios de uma casa e de ótima qualidade. Me surpreendi com o nível do apartamento e localização e a hospitalidade!!

Viagem inesquecível
A viajem à floripa foi muito show! A praia que fica a uma quadra do apartamento é a melhor de Floripa. O apt é bem localizado, tem um mercadinho e um mini shopping a uma quadra, a rua é bem tranquila e a área é bem chique e pouco movimentada. O lado da praia era o de maior faixa de areia e menos movimento. O apt já tinha tudo o que precisamos, cadeiras de praia, guarda sol culler. A cozinha estava bem completa e é bem bonita. Tinha todos os acessórios para fazer churrasco na churrasqueira também. Os colchões eram muuuuito confortáveis, até os travesseiros eram top. Tinha ar cond digital em todos os cômodos, até na sala. A decoração do apt é bem bonita e a estrutura é bem moderna, tinha smart tv, canais pagos, internet muito rápida e um sofa bem confortável na sala. O condomínio é lindo! As duas piscinas são grandes, tem academia e parquinho e com uma bela vista! O dono, Giovanni, nos recebeu muito bem e deu várias dicas de passeios. Obrigado Giovanni!

APARTAMENTO MARAVILHOSO
O apartamento é maravilhoso! Ele é enorme, muito bem equipado com tudo que tem em uma casa completa, utensílios de cozinha e churrasco, cooler, cadeiras e sombrinha de praia e tudo de ótima qualidade! As camas são muito confortáveis, até os travesseiros são de viscoelastico da NASA, tem ar condicionado até na cozinha, conforto extremo. A decoração do apto. é fora de serio de bonita, me senti uma rainha! A limpeza também estava impecável. O condomínio é muito chique, tem uma piscina enorme e outra pra crianças, parquinho infantil e até uma academia de frente pra piscina e não ficam cheios. Conhecemos toda a ilha e a praia do apt é sem dúvidas a mais bonita e melhor frequentada. O apt fica uns 100 metros da areia num local muito muito nobre. O proprietário foi muito atencioso, sempre me respondeu de imediato e nos ajudou muito fazendo um roteiro de passeio pela cidade. Ele foi muito gente boa nos passando no WhatsApp a localização já no gps dos melhores locais e o que tinha em cada um, fazendo um roteiro completo. Nos poupou muito tempo de pesquisa e graças à ele pudemos conhecer as melhores atrações de Florianópolis. Voltaremos com certeza!
