In case of extra guest should consult us about possibility of inclusion. If there is possibility additional R$40 will be charged per person/day, being a maximum of 2 people per apartment.
Visitors or Day Pass: allowed upon prior consultation being a maximum of 2 people per apartment with $20 rate per person/day.
Are not allowed Visitors or additional guests in holidays or new year's Eve Packages periods/Carnival.
We accept pets in small businesses since it is informed in advance.
Cancellation policy: cancellations made less than 15 days before the check-in date, you will be charged 100% of the value.
Cancellations made more than 15 days before the check-in date, we will refund your deposit in credit to use at the next opportunity.
Remember that the values are not returned in kind, but in credit for new book in another period.
