Estive no apartamento por 12 dias e foi uma escolha muito certa. Ótima localização, perto de tudo, praia, restaurantes, metrô, ponto de ônibus, comércio, enfim, tudo que você precisa e sem precisar de carro. O apartamento é muito aconchegante, tem todos os utensílios necessários, espaçoso para um quarto e sala, enfim, gostei muito e voltaria, com certeza. Toda a negociação foi muito tranquila e transparente.
