We work on a contract and above all with the confidence that we have established between lessor and lessee. A garage across the street will be on the beach, we accept animals (love) PS: all payment shall be made until the day of delivery of the keys up to 6 people, fixed value. Above this value is increased by an amount per person above 7 years of age. Children under 7 years, do not pay to stay. (Consult owner before closing) -Here there is the project "Nice Beach" for wheelchair users and people with disabilities who want to bathe in the sea. Excepcional! Ficamos durante 6 diárias no apartamento da Silvia.. ela sempre muito solícita e prestativa me deixou extremamente confortável em ir com 11 pessoas, inclusive criança para Vila Velha. O apartamento é muito bem localizado, perto de tudo.. fazíamos tudo praticamente a pé e em alguns passeios podemos utilizar o uber que funciona perfeitamente, sendo que também tem ponto de taxi em frente..
