Great home with pool in gated community with 24 hour security, 3 bedrooms (1 suite), all rooms are designed with double bed, 2 single beds, built-in wardrobe, 3 bathrooms (suite, social and external), large living room with Sky and Wi-Fi, kitchen/pantry planned , balcony, ceiling fan in every room, pool 22m3, shower and barbecue area, 6 parking spaces, area of 600 m 2 all 20,000 liters tank, walled. Home prepared for 12 people and can accommodate up to 15 people. Located at 600 metres from Prainha and Praia do Pontal. Great place to spend your holiday and meet your family in one of the most beautiful cities of Brazil! Family Environment. Keep the House as received. Does not exceed the number of people as the combined. Check-in time 12hrs. Decheck-out time 12hrs. There is no guarantee, however the contract.

Gated community with 24 hours security, football field, playground, mini-market, tennis court and 500 meters of beaches. (Praia do Pontal and Prainha beaches).
