Stay at "Casa de Nancy e Miguel", a different proposal in Praia da Enseada.
We open the doors of our house to welcome couples and small groups of adults looking forward to a peaceful and comfortable stay.
Ideal for those traveling with two or with a friend couple, and also for the "best age".
We have three different options for season or weekend rentals (one suite for a couple, an apartment for 3 people and a chalet for up to 6 people).
The profile and type of accommodation are aimed at adults (minimum age 10 years).
Highlights: Hygiene, safety and a new infrastructure, all guaranteed by the personal care of the hosts who live in the place.
The ad chalet has two air-conditioned bedrooms, one en suite.
The two bedrooms with double bed.
Living room, kitchen, social bathroom, laundry area with washing machine and balcony with barbecue.
Place to park two cars.
WIFI, LED TV, ceiling fan in living room, refrigerator w / freezer, microwave, blender and kitchenware.
It does not provide towels or bedding.

House Rules
When checking availability, it is essential to inform the number of adults and children (babies included), and the age of all guests.
1- It accepts a maximum of 6 people and only over 10 years (there is no structure to receive small children).
2- Do not allow guest or additional person.
3- Do not rent to large families or groups of young people.
4- Small, adult and polite dog is welcome in the cottage. Furniture rodent is not accepted. Check it out!
5-Do not rent to events.
Not allowed:
5-Use any kind of drugs.
6-Smoking inside the chalet.
7-Sit with wet clothes on sofas, beds and chairs inside the house.
8-Use beach chairs inside the house, because the metal scratches the floor.
Other housekeeping:
To prevent fire turn off electrical appliances, fan and air conditioning when leaving the chalet.
Periodically remove the trash and return the organized property.

100 m from Rio-Santos Highway and 60 meters from the beach.
9 km from the center of Ubatuba and 80 km from Paraty-RJ.
Because the house is new, you can't see it on Google Maps, and you can see just what it was like in the past.
Excellent beach for swimming and boating: shallow and calm, with warm and clean waters, almost a large pool.
With an extensive strip of fine, firm and gray sand, it provides a beautiful backdrop for walking.
Conveniences:
At 100 m has: snack bar that serves breakfast, markets, fishmonger, restaurants, pizzerias, beach bars, bikinis shop and crafts.
And 1 km: gas station, pharmacy, various shops, butcher's market and bakery.
Me hospedei na suíte crepúsculo no réveillon, e tenho que falar que me surpreendi com cada detalhe, apartamento novíssimo ,com Wi-Fi que realmente funciona , espaço e tudo para um super conforto . Além dos anfitriões que são super atenciosos e muito simpáticos!!!!

Ótimas instalações !!
Fomos em familia e ficamos hospedados entre 15/11/19 e 19/11/19, o chalé é super novo e aconchegante com amplos espaços e conforto, além de um WI-FI que funciona !!! Os anfitriões Miguel e Nancy foram simpáticos e atenciosos e o imóvel fica muito perto da areia. Recomendo !!
